Ah, the stories. We did survive from antiquity on our narratives, after all. First the oral tradition, then much later written records. No one knows who wrote Beowulf, but it's part of our heritage, and helped craft the sheroes journey!

And all the way back to charcoal drawings on cave walls.

The most famous cave paintings include those found in Altamira Cave (Spain), Lascaux Cave (France), and the Chauvet-Pont d'Arc Cave (France). These sites are renowned for their remarkably preserved and detailed depictions of animals and human figures, offering valuable insights into prehistoric life and artistic expression.

And what were the "artists" doing? Telling stories in the only language they had.
